Best men's athletic underwear

April 6, 2024I have been on an occasional search for the best men's athletic underwear for at least 15 years. This is the best I have found. Typical ones have a problem of not containing the jewels in a pouch and keeping them separated. So you end up with them sticking to the surrounding skin and having to reach in and adjust them frequently. If they do have a pouch it is typically too big and so they flop around and it's not suitable for athletic wear. This brand does both correctly it has a pouch and the pouch adjusts size to you with the overlapping material flaps. Also, the legs do better than other brands in not riding up. Plus the waistband is almost OK. It rolls over just a little under my belly. I wear the XL size. About half the time I roll the waistband down 180. The material is all synthetic. I wash them in cold water and hang them to dry on a line to keep them in the best shape. The synthetic material has advantages and disadvantages. If you have a few drops of urine that come out after going, they will pass through the material and create a wet spot on your jeans or other outerwear. But that is also good for the athletic part that it will pass your sweat and not get all soggy like cotton underwear. My compromise is I normally put a few squares of toilet paper in the pouch to absorb a few urine drips and then discard that before starting a workout.

January 3, 2023My boyfriend bought a pair of those viral underwear that are like 30 or 40 bucks PER PAIR! He liked them but wasn't too impressed. He decided to give these a try, it's a 3 pack and i don't remember exactly how much he paid but it wasn't more than 20 bucks i know that. Anywho, he loved them from the first 5 minutes he had them on, but especially after the day of wearing them. He said they were better than the viral pair! These briefs are tag less, extra long on the leg to help with chafing, they have the keep cool temp fabric which is a must have here in Phoenix and he works outside so even more of a need! They have the famed pouch to separate the boys and keep them secure. These briefs also have moisture wicking and odor control which is an added plus! So, if you or your man have been eyeing the viral pair and haven't been able to justify that price! (My bf watched and waited for Sooooooo long before breaking down and getting a pair..) or if like him, got them and weren't very impressed but like the idea, then i definitely suggest and recommend these Hanes X temp boxer briefs! We found this 3 pack at Walmart!
Just stick with what you know. These are horrible

January 11, 2023The support pouch is the worst thing. I work retail doing lots of walking, bending, and squating up and down for 8 hrs a day. Everytime I wear this pair I feel like my D gets caught in one or the other side of the V trap where my junk is. I'm not packing heat but average size man and its very uncomfortable. Do not even get me started on explaining how it feels when at full salute. Even a relaxed day at home, I feel my head getting stuck very often at the bottom of the V form making me have to adjust myself all the time. I try to keep my guy out of it completely but doesnt work but for a minute. Its like a headrest for something that does not need one. The boys and tackle should hang freely with some support not a noose for your goose. If only they left it normal flap and not a V trap the material would work in cooling down. Great looks buy bad design, people who use and like these probably dont have much going on down there. It doesn't cool any different than a pair of reboks. Worse pair ever.
Waist fits, but important areas are very uncomfort

August 7, 2023I usually give 5star reviews. This is my first time complaining. I will try not to use any inappropriate language, although it would allow me to be more descriptive and to the point. I have a 33 waist, so purchased the medium (32-34). The waist fit just fine. However the "pouch area" was uncomfortable at first. Within hours that progressed to painful. A short while later, when it became excruciating, I took refuge in a men's room stall and removed the torturous garment, and went "commando" until returning home. I would have returned them, but had already worn them on a hot summer day. I would not recommend these to anyone other than a deeply deranged masochist. I WILL BE AVOIDING THIS BRAND FOREVER!!
