Description

This painting represents the culture of Puerto Rico with food, dance, clothing, and connection to nature. The island is famous for the crystal blue waters and its red dirt in the mountain range. I wanted to represent what i see my heritage as and hidden a coqui in the corner as humor since they are tiny and hard to find, yet, their song can be heard all night with intensity.
